Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

1.3 Collector Responsibility

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell our products for commercial purposes without authorization
• Use any automated systems to extract data from our website
• Misrepresent the condition or authenticity of any Toyverse product in secondary markets

2. Product Information

2.1 Collectible Nature

Our products are limited-edition art toys and collectibles, including but not limited to:

• Bearbrick figures
• Artist collaboration pieces (Basquiat, Warhol, Kozik series)
• Plastic Explosives and Popaganda collectibles
• Exclusive and limited-run items

2.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and features. However, as art pieces, there may be slight variations in production runs.

2.3 Blind Box Policy

Blind Box items are sold as random assortments. Due to their nature, opened Blind Boxes cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. Some rare collectibles may sell out during processing, in which case we will notify you immediately.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices for rare collectibles based on market value.

3.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information upon shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

4.2 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you. For high-value items ($500+), we recommend filming the unboxing process for protection.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for return/exchange:

• Item must be in original, unopened packaging with all authenticity seals
• Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase must be provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned due to their collectible nature:

• Limited-edition numbered items
• Artist collaborations
• Plastic Explosives and Popaganda collectibles
• Items marked “Exclusive” or “Limited Run”
• Opened Blind Boxes

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval, appearing in 5-10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toyverse Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

6.2 Product Liability

Our liability for defective products is limited to the purchase price of the item. As collectibles may appreciate in value, we cannot be responsible for market fluctuations.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or customs delays).

7. General Provisions
