All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unopened packaging with all authenticity seals intact
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
Due to their collectible nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited-edition numbered Bearbricks
- Artist collaborations (Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Frank Kozik series)
- Plastic Explosives and Popaganda collectibles
- Items marked “Exclusive” or “Limited Run”
- Opened Blind Boxes (due to their random nature)

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refund processed within 3 business days, appears in 5-10 business days
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Exchange Items: Shipped via your original shipping method within 3 business days of approval
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability for in-stock items only. For rare collectibles that sell out, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
International Returns
Collectors outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Include all customs documentation
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect collectible:
- Document with photos immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
