Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unopened packaging with all authenticity seals intact
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Important: Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Limited-edition numbered Bearbricks
  • Artist collaborations (Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Frank Kozik series)
  • Plastic Explosives and Popaganda collectibles
  • Any item marked as “Exclusive” or “Limited Run”
  • Opened Blind Boxes (due to their random nature)

Return Process for Eligible Items

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Photos of the item showing any damage or defects
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Approval & Shipping Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for safe packaging (collectibles require special care)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original protective packaging and include all certificates of authenticity. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We inspect all returns to ensure collector-grade condition.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once approved:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refund processed within 3 business days, appears in 5-10 business days
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Exchange Items: Shipped via your original shipping method within 3 business days of approval

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability for in-stock items only. For rare collectibles that sell out, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.

International Returns

Collectors outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs documentation
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect collectible:

  1. Document with photos immediately upon delivery
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
