Product Questions

Are these official licensed products?
Yes! All Bearbrick, Funko, Dragon Ball, Nintendo, and other branded items are 100% authentic. Artist collaborations (like our Basquiat series) are officially licensed through the respective estates or representatives.
How limited are your exclusive editions?
Exclusives vary:
  • Standard limited editions: 500-5,000 pieces worldwide
  • Artist collabs (Kozik, Popaganda): Typically 100-1,000 pieces
  • Numbered editions: Clearly marked (e.g., “37/500”)
Tip: Check individual product pages for exact production numbers.
What’s the difference between Blind Boxes and regular figures?
Blind Boxes contain random figures from a themed series (you won’t know which one you get until opening). Standard figures show the exact item you’re purchasing. We note this clearly in all product images/descriptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
First, allow 48 hours for carrier systems to sync. If no update:

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:
  • Unused items in original packaging

Not eligible: Opened Blind Boxes, limited editions sold “as-is”, or items damaged after delivery.
